How does it work exactly?

Nachdem die Anmeldung erfolgt ist, kommt eine E-Mail an die angegebene Adresse, welche für alle Personen ein separates Ticket enthält. Dieses Ticket enthält einen QR-Code. Parallel dazu könnt Ihr Euch auch das Ticket als Wallet auf dem smartPhone speichern.
This QR code is then exchanged on site at the wristband point for a wristband, which is required for sliding.
Einfache Regel: kein Bändchen, kein Rutschen.
What happens if my wristband breaks or comes off?
If you lose it, you can get a new one free of charge at the distribution point.
How often can I slide?
You can slide as often as you like.
Can I change my clothes on site?
There will be an opportunity to change on site - separately for girls and boys.
I've forgotten my bathing suit - what now?
We have a small selection of swimwear on site at a low price.
For children, teenagers, moms and dads.
And to make sure you return home dry, towels too 😀.
Can I lock my valuables in a locker?
There will be no possibility to store valuables on site. The logistical effort involved is beyond the scope of a free event for a weekend.
Why do I have to register?
As you can read again during registration, we have two important reasons for this:
1) To ensure that all users, young and old, have as much carefree fun as possible, there are a few rules to follow.
2) The slide is set up in a freely accessible and public place. This means that visitors can be filmed and photographed at any time.

Can I still register on site?
Yes, you can. You can also register with a cell phone.
It is important that you can receive the e-mail address you have entered on your phone.
This is where the QR codes for the wristbands go on site.
Is there a limit to the number of people who can register?
You do not have to register individually for each person, but can also register several people under one registration.
In the interests of fairness, however, please only register as many people as actually come.
Then we can plan better.
I can no longer find my tickets - what now?
No Problem.
Search for "GageSlide" in your e-mails. In your registration you will find a link to call up your registration again. In this overview you can retrieve your tickets again as a PDF.
How do I get a ticket to the water slide?
You have three options!
You can either print out the PDF or have it on your cell phone from the e-mail.
But our favorite is the wallet file from the confirmation email. Saving it on your cell phone is the quickest way to exchange it for a ribbon.
How old do I have to be or am I allowed to be to slide?
Sliding is permitted from the age of 4.
Children between the ages of 4 and 6 may only slide when accompanied by an adult or older sibling.
From the age of 6 you can slide alone. Please note that the jump is from 5.50m.
Anyone who has ever stood on the 5m tower of the Massenei pool knows - that's pretty high.
There is no upper limit. Anyone who feels physically able can give it a go.
Why can't I select an appointment?
To ensure that as many people as possible can enjoy the slide, there is no appointment registration. This means that the slide can be used to its full capacity. Please note that there may be waiting times if there is a large crowd.
Only a limited number of people are allowed on the slide at any one time.
Please note the opening hours and find your favorite time. Make the most of them - you have the whole weekend!
