House and pool rules: "GageSlide"
1. liability and purpose
The "GageSlide" is a facility designed to provide every guest with the maximum amount of rest, relaxation and fun. The house rules are binding for all guests of the "GageSlide" as well as all other regulations. The statutory regulations apply for inclusion in the contract concluded at the cash desk.
The house and bathing rules apply to the general operation of the entire "GageSlide". Exceptions may be permitted for special events without the need for a special waiver of the house and bathing rules.
The staff or other representatives of "GageSlide" exercise domiciliary rights. Instructions given by staff or other representatives must be followed. Users who violate the house rules may be expelled from the premises. In the event of expulsion from the premises, the entrance fee will not be refunded. The user of the "GageSlide" expressly reserves the right to prove that in this case the operator is entitled to no compensation or significantly less compensation than the full admission fee. In addition, a ban from the premises may be issued by the management or its representatives.
Anyone who commits a criminal offense, illegally gains access to the premises and operating facilities, intentionally fails to pay a fee or attempts to do so or uses chargeable services will be expelled from the premises immediately and must expect to face criminal charges.
Politische Handlungen, Veranstaltungen, Demonstrationen, die Verbreitung von Druckschriften, das Anbringen von Plakaten oder Anschlägen, Sammlungen von Unterschriftenlisten sowie die Nutzung des Attraktion zu gewerblichen oder sonstigen nicht nutzungsüblichen Zwecken sind verboten und im besonderen Fall nur nach Genehmigung durch die Geschäftsleitung erlaubt.
2. opening, admission, entry
The opening times of the "GageSlide" are set by the management and announced publicly in a suitable place. The set times are binding, i.e. all areas of the water slide must be vacated at this time.
By entering the "GageSlide" (the grounds and premises) and handing over the access wristband, every visitor accepts the house and bathing rules.
Redeemed admissions, value vouchers and time credits are non-refundable and cannot be offset.
The management may restrict the use and the offer of the "GageSlide" in whole or in part at any time (e.g. operational disruptions, renovations, revision). Claims against the operator or a reduction in the admission price paid are excluded for this reason.
If parts of the facility cannot be used due to photo and film shoots, events, courses, etc., there is no entitlement to a refund or reduction of the admission price.
Persons who are helpless or require supervision due to a severe physical or mental disability may only visit the "GageSlide" with an adult and suitable accompanying person. This also applies to persons with a tendency to seizures, fainting or epilepsy, as well as cardiovascular diseases.
Children under the age of 6 are only permitted to enter if accompanied by a suitable and responsible person.
Persons with infectious or notifiable communicable diseases (in case of doubt, a doctor's certificate may be requested), with open wounds, who are drunk or under the influence of intoxicating substances are not permitted to enter the "GageSlide".
Animals are not allowed.
The attraction has a stability certificate, which stipulates certain framework conditions for operation. If unfavorable conditions are specified, for example due to weather and wind influences, operation must be discontinued.
Even in this case, the operator has no obligation with regard to refunds or guaranteed use.
If the attraction is evacuated, instructions must be followed quickly and without objection.
3. behavior, bathing, lingering
Every guest must behave in such a way that safety, order, cleanliness and good manners within the "GageSlide" are not jeopardized.
Attractions and offers (e.g. slides, play equipment, saunas, etc...) may only be used within the official operating hours. Signs and instructions from staff must be observed and complied with without exception.
Every guest must be aware of the increased risk of accidents in swimming pools due to wet floor surfaces. Special care must therefore be taken in all guest areas.
Sports, play or animation equipment (balls, snorkels etc...) brought along may not be used.
Willful soiling will be charged with a cleaning fee according to the effort and category of the soiled area.
Sexual acts and depictions will be punished with a ban from the premises and criminal charges.
The consumption of alcohol and other intoxicants (cannabis, drugs, etc.) is strictly prohibited. The "GageSlide" reserves the right to prohibit alcoholic guests from further consumption and to expel them from the pool if they endanger or disrupt the operation of the pool.
4. slides and play equipment
Use of the slides and play equipment is at your own risk. Use under the influence of alcohol is prohibited. Children up to the age of 6 must always be accompanied on the slides by their parents or a suitable and responsible person.
The rules and instructions on information boards at the start of the slide or play equipment must be observed and adhered to without exception.
Please note in particular:
The access to the slides must be used with special care and consideration for other bathers. Racing is expressly prohibited!
The slides may only be used after clearance with sufficient safety distance.
The posted safety instructions and the electronic displays and turnstiles, if available, must be observed.
The slide exit must be left immediately after the slide.
The operator is not responsible for damage to swimwear that may be caused by sliding.
In particular, the following are prohibited:
- any sliding position other than the prescribed one.
- Hold in the sliding area.
- Running into the slides from below
Children aged 0-3 years are not allowed to use the slides.
Children aged 4-6 are not permitted to use the slides unless they are accompanied by a parent or an adult authorized by the parent. In this case, the children must be secured from behind by the adults in the entire slide area. When sliding, the child must always be placed in front of the adult. The age limit for the slide must always be observed.
A house ban may be imposed in the event of non-compliance.
5. special provisions
It is not permitted,
- to run.
- to obstruct emergency exits with couches or other objects.
- Bring food and drink (especially alcoholic drinks) as well as objects that break easily under the influence of force (e.g. glass, porcelain).
- to bring weapons or tools into the facility.
- (including electronic cigarettes). Excluded from this are the designated smoking areas with ashtrays in the outdoor areas of the guest areas).
- The signs must be followed.
- use air mattresses or similar water play equipment.
- Using cell phones
- to bring and use radios, televisions, musical and signaling instruments and binoculars.
- to photograph and film.
- distribute advertising material of any kind; this also applies to the parking lots.
- to collect money of any kind.
- To use the "GageSlide" and the associated premises for commercial, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate purposes.
6. liability
All facilities and equipment of the "GageSlide" are to be treated with care by the guests.
Every guest is liable for damage caused by misuse, culpable contamination or damage to the "GageSlide".
Parents or legal guardians are liable for damage caused by children.
GageSlide" and its employees are liable for property damage and the resulting consequential financial loss up to an insured sum of €2 million, limited per insurance year, provided that GageSlide" or its employees are responsible for the damage. GageSlide" shall only be liable for pure financial losses in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the operator, its legal representative or vicarious agent.
The "GageSlide" is generally not liable for damages suffered by bathers. This does not apply to liability for breach of an essential contractual obligation and for liability for damages to the guest of the "GageSlide" resulting from injury to life, body or health, nor for damages suffered by the guest of the "GageSlide" due to an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the operator, its legal representatives or vicarious agents. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance the guest of "GageSlide" may regularly rely. Essential contractual obligations of "GageSlide" include in particular, but not exclusively, the use of the facilities of "GageSlide", insofar as these are not partially closed for compelling operational reasons, as well as participation in the events offered and included in the entrance fee.
The operator accepts no liability for any discoloration, bleaching or damage to swimwear or jewelry / watches.
The use of all facilities of the "GageSlide", in particular the slides, is at the user's own risk, notwithstanding the operator's obligation to keep the "GageSlide" in a roadworthy condition.
GageSlide shall not be liable in the event of force majeure and coincidence or defects that occur or are not immediately recognized even when exercising the usual care (e.g. power failure).
Items found in the slide must be handed in at reception. All items left behind will be collected and stored at the end of bathing operations. Lost property is kept for 2 months, valuables for 6 months. If lost property is not collected, it will be donated to a charitable institution.
7. other
Complaints, requests or suggestions are accepted by any employee of "GageSlide".
taking. The operator is not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
The "GageSlide" terms and conditions apply to reservations and use.
8. film and photo recordings
For the purposes of advertising and marketing, GischtGlück GmbH & pro event solutions GmbH is authorized to make film and photo recordings during operation. As far as possible, personal portrayals will be avoided and the greatest possible protection of personal rights will be ensured.
9. entry into force
The house and bathing regulations come into force on July 01, 2024.
